Meet Our Team
Terence Teh
Terence Teh is our Managing Director and has over 20 years of investment banking experience in Asia. Terence's Pan Australasian small and mid-cap coverage for listed and pre-IPO commodities and resources, oil and gas companies to institutions, fund managers and Accredited Investors in Hong Kong and Singapore encompassed equity placement of several ASX listed MOG companies in excess of A$500m.
Terence’s M&A transaction experience in Asia include the public auction of Mynilad Water in the Philippines, acquisition of PT Alfa Retailindo Tbk in Indonesia and was a key transaction team member of the IPO of various Investment and Business Trusts in Singapore including Ascott Residence Trust, Cambridge Industrial Trust, CDL Hospitality Trust, Pacific Shipping Trust and follow on offerings for CapitaMall Trust.
Terence was also engaged in advising and structuring Asian special situation and distressed deals for multi-strategy hedge fund clients and established strong collaboration with reputable and influential parties and government bodies in Indonesia and the Philippines.
Terence holds a BSc.(Hons) Actuarial Science degree from the London School of Economics and has passed all three levels of the CFA Program
